Q: What is Simplicity’s Mission?
A: To help people find significance and success.

Q: Why are you unique?
A: People who work with us tell us we get it, we respect them, and we are transparent so they trust us. We also hear that we have a great reputation because we really care. We view our consultants as partners, not just employees and are committed to your success. We know that your success is our success and focus on supporting you.

Q: Who are Simplicity Consultants?
A: Simplicity is a community of experienced marketing professionals who enjoy connecting with like-minded consultants and delivering great work. Most of our Consultants have at least 10 years of real world marketing experience, a strong focus on serving the client and consider themselves strategic do-er’s which means they have the ability to think strategically and roll up their sleeves to execute.

Q: What value do you offer your consultants?
A: Choice and Community. We allow you to choose how you want to work with us. We have two business models; Self-represented and Simplicity-represented. We build community through our quarterly Professional Development and Connection meeting for all active consultants. The goal of this event is to recognize consultants outstanding work, learn best practices and meet other consultants. We also offer a peer mentoring program so that you can meet other great consultants and build your network.

Q: Are you involved in the community?
A: Simplicity is passionate about giving back to our local community on behalf of our clients and consultants. We support the YWCA, Microsoft Alumni Foundation and sponsor families every Christmas holiday through LifeSpring.

Q: What does it mean to be a Simplicity employee?
A: As a W-2 employee you will be paid a monthly salary. You are not an hourly employee eligible for overtime.

Q: What is your niche or core competency?
A: We help companies grow. How? We provide quality marketing resources for projects or direct placement and high impact people development programs for companies and individuals.

Q: How do I get started working with Simplicity if I find my own project?
A: Contact us at info@simplicityconsultinginc.com and we will work with you to create your Statement of Work. We provide whatever level of coaching and support you need as a self-represented consultant and respect your relationship with the client.

Q: Do you require your consultants to sign a non-compete agreement?
A: Simplicity does not require a non-compete for Self-represented Consultants because the client is yours. If you are Simplicity Represented then you will sign a one year non-compete for that specific client because it is Simplicity’s client.

Q: Do you require me to sign an exclusive agreement with Simplicity?
A: We think exclusives are silly because we want you to want to work with us, not force you! It’s your choice how many companies you choose to work with although we hope to provide extraordinary value to you so that you will make Simplicity your home.

Q: Do you offer benefits?
A: Simplicity offers a 401k through Sharebuilder with the option to participate. Currently Simplicity does not offer medical benefits because the consultant community has provided feedback that they do not want benefits or the cost associated with them. For those consultants who need benefits we can provide benefit brokers and other resources to help you find the right plan for you and you should factor the benefits into your pay rate. We are constantly evaluating benefits offerings and the cost/benefit ratio.

Q: Do you supply your consultants with a PC?
A: The majority of consultants prefer to buy their own PC for work and personal use. If you need a laptop for your project we will provide one for you.

Q: Do you provide office space?
A: Most Simplicity consultants work remotely. The Simplicity office has touch down space available for its consultants to use as they would like.
