Q: How do I get started working with Simplicity?

There are two ways you can work with us – we can help find the right talent for your projects, or if you already have an independent consultant in mind, you can bring them to us to facilitate processing their payments.

Q: How does Simplicity screen consultants?
A: We take the time to understand each person’s background, experience, what they love to do and their communication skills with 1 on 1 interviews and reference checks. Read more about The Simplicity Way.

Q: How does Simplicity manage engagements?
A: It begins with the initial meeting to understand the Client’s needs and create a Statement of Work. Setting expectations is critical to the success of the project. During the project, Simplicity checks in with each Client and Consultant monthly at a minimum to ensure the project is running smoothly. If for whatever reason the Client or Consultant is not happy in the engagement, Simplicity will step in immediately to remedy the situation.
